Evaluation, testing, job development and placement of physically disabled adults to return them to competitive employment. Specialized and individual consultation with disabled clients, family members, attorneys, physicians, allied health care professionals and employers. Specialized in the vocational rehabilitation and medical management of individuals receiving workers' compensation, short term and long term disability benefits.
Providing vocational testimony in Social Security Disability hearings based on hypothetical questions posed by Administrative Law Judges. Determining the types of positions that a person would be able to perform and the numbers of individuals employed in the various types of occupations within the region and nationally. Vocational Expert opinions have also been rendered for cases being litigated in the federal courts, courts of common pleas, divorce masters, underinsured arbitrations, workers' compensation proceedings and other legal venues.
