What Can We Do For You?
At Leslie Vocational Consulting, Inc., we offer over 20 years of experience to represent your interests regarding matters of illness, injury or disability. Our certified Counselors and Staff will provide: rehabilitation management, job analysis, job placement, and expert testimony. We are proud to employ Vocational Experts certified through the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC). Each member of the Leslie Vocational Consulting, Inc., staff has at least ten years of real-world experience in their particular area of expertise.
Costs
Basic Fees:
Leslie Vocational Consulting, Inc., charges an hourly rate for all civil litigation vocational expert services. This includes testimony time and travel time; there is no increase in rate for attending trials or depositions. We are also reimbursed for traditional expenses such as mileage, telephone calls, parking, etc. We typically do not require a retainer for our services unless there is a history of not paying invoices in a timely manner.
We also charge an hourly flat rate for all marital law cases; again, with no increase for attending trials or depositions. With these types of cases; however, we do require a retainer which may be increased depending on the geographic location of the parties.
Workers' compensation cases are billed on an hourly basis regardless of plaintiff or defense. The usual and customary reimbursement charges apply such as mileage, telephone, etc.
NOTE: There will be a cancellation fee for any hearings or depositions which are cancelled without at least three business days notice.
